Mental Health Awareness Seminars

Invest in the mental well-being of your workforce.

Our Mental Health Awareness trainings strengthen the well-being of your organisation through challenging the stigma around mental illness and empowering employees to engage in conversations about mental health.

Both seminars can be delivered online or face-to-face.

Let's talk about Mental Health

This 75 minute interactive mental health awareness raising seminar is aimed at everyone in your organisation.

During the seminar, we will discuss:

  • that mental and physical health are equally important
  • self-care is not selfish
  • it’s ok not to be ok: what stops us from talking about mental health?
  • managing stress
  • how to spot the signs of mental distress
  • where to get mental health support

How are you? I'm fine thank you

This 2 1/2 hour interactive mental health awareness workshop is designed to support the mental health of your team and start mental health conversations. It may be particularly useful for line managers and supervisors but is open to anyone who wants to learn more about  supporting the mental health of others.

During the workshop, we will cover:

  • the impact of mental health in workplaces
  • breaking down stigma around mental illness in your team
  • leading by example: building healthy workplaces and healthy teams through role-modelling good self-care practices
  • supporting the wellbeing of your team: identifying the signs of mental health issues, holding open conversations and signposting to available support.
