ensa Mental Health First Aid Focus Adult


HealthFirst offers the internationally recognised ensa Mental Health First Aid course, available to anyone who wants to learn how to support family members, friends or colleagues experiencing mental health difficulties.

This well-validated, evidence-based and accredited training improves knowledge of mental illness, strengthens well-being and reduces stigma. The programme empowers and equips individuals with the skills and confidence to help those in need.

ensa Mental Health First Aid Focus Youth


The highly anticipated ensa Mental Health First Aid Focus Youth course will be available in the spring of 2022. Aimed at parents and carers, teachers, club and group leaders, sports coaches and other support staff, this course will equip them with the knowledge and skills to recognise when a young person is struggling and empower them to offer support.

We all know that a healthy, balanced diet has far-reaching physical health benefits. But sometimes it can be difficult to decipher the fact from the fads when it comes to what we should be eating.
