Getting outside and getting active is the best medicine for both your physical and mental health!
Come and join me for our next Walk n’Talk for Wellbeing on Monday 23rd September 2019 at 9am. We’re meeting in La Tour-de-Peilz (parking easy) and will walk for 60 minutes around the vineyards.
This is a free initiative; all fitness levels welcome; no expectations: just walking, talking, meeting new people and doing something positive for yourself.
