Walk n’Talk for Wellbeing in Zug

Getting outside and getting active is the best medicine for both your physical and mental health!

Come and join our regular Walk n’Talk for Wellbeing meetings in Zug where we walk for 60 minutes in the countryside.

This is a free initiative; all fitness levels welcome; no expectations: just walking, talking, meeting new people and doing something positive for yourself.
