‘T’ Is For Tetanus

Misty mornings and golden afternoons – its time to clear out your garden or terrace ready for winter. Pull on your welly boots, pick up the rake – and check if you (and your child) are protected against tetanus. This is a nasty bacteria infection caused by Clostridium Tetani, found in our environment especially in soil, dust and manure.
Look for the ‘T’ (part of DTPa) in your vaccination chart
