The term ‘HealthFirst’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1285 Athenaz (Avusy), Switzerland. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis. HealthFirst reserves the right to withdraw the website (in whole or in part) or amend any part of it (including but not limited to content and materials on the website and any services made available through it).

HealthFirst will not be liable to you or any third party for unauthorised use of your username or password.

User generated content includes, without limitation, any text, images or audio-visual material that you submit to our website. Examples include any material in our course review section as well as that in public areas operated by third parties on behalf of HealthFirst, for example Facebook and Twitter.  Such public areas may allow you to interact with HealthFirst as well as other users. You agree to have obtained all and any necessary consents, releases and permissions with respect to user generated content.

11. We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website. HealthFirst is also free to be able to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute this user generated content, including allowing other users to view it, in any existing or future media worldwide.
