ensa Mental Health First Aid Courses
During 2019, the Pro Mente Sana Foundation, together with the Beisheim Foundation, launched the internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid programme in Switzerland under the name “ensa Mental Health First Aid”.
This programme, originally developed in Australia, is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how they can support family members, friends or colleagues experiencing mental health difficulties. As well as helping others, these courses can also strengthen your own mental health.
HealthFirst is now providing certified ensa Mental Health First Aid courses in English throughout Switzerland.
We have partnered with HealthFirst in Switzerland to provide Occupational Health services.
